Aluminum Strip for Transformer Winding
Aluminum strip is commonly used as a winding conductor material in transformers. Compared with copper, aluminum offers lower density, good conductivity and cost advantages, making it suitable for many distribution transformers, power transformers and dry-type transformer applications.
Our aluminum strip for transformer winding is produced with strict control of alloy grade, temper, thickness tolerance, width tolerance, surface quality and edge condition. Round edge and deburred edge are available to reduce insulation damage during winding.
